[Our mission]

Our mission is to represent rare, architectural homes with the discretion they deserve — and to find each one the people who will truly live in it.

[Stone, timber, light]

Discretion by design

Around a third of our homes are never publicly listed. Viewings are private, and so are the people who make them.

[02]

Architectural judgement

We represent homes for the quality of their architecture — light, proportion and material — not their square metres.

Mediterranean roots

Our two offices sit on the coast we work on. We know its towns, its seasons and the people who build there.

Representation, not sales

We work for a small number of clients at a time and stay close long after the keys have changed hands.

One house

at a time

Vaure began in 2008 with a single house above Marbella and a client who wanted it found quietly. We still work that way: a small collection, a small number of clients, and no hurry.

Today our team in Marbella and Monaco represents villas, penthouses and coastal estates in Spain, France, Italy and Portugal.
